80 ACRES HEAD QUARTERS

Located in the City Building in Downtown Hamilton Ohio, 80 Acres Farms leased the entire 7th floor as their Headquarters. Open architecture created a phased plan for the complete renovation of the existing office space. 80 Acres Farms requested an updated personalized working environment that spoke to their future as a global organization. 80 Acres is a fast-growing company and as such Open Architecture was able to provide a phased plan to activate portions of the space as needed.
 

Utilizing a balance of open office workspaces, private offices, shared conference and huddle spaces and several social spaces Open Architecture help 80 Acres craft a space unique to their culture and their forward-facing vision.  Open Architecture provided architectural design, interior design, master planning, construction management as part of our overall program management for the Client.
